To Err is Human, To Forgive Divine.

When someone does wrong, we should try to forgive them because all humans make mistake. When it comes to relationship, the forgiveness is a must for better life. But does only forgiving will lead us to good future?

Not really! If forgiving the first step to achieve success in a relationship, forgetting is the last step. If someone has taken only the first step but didn't complete the journey then chances are quite high that during any argument or during low moments in future, one can comment on the mistake committed by the other partner. That would be more hurting as other might have forgot that and might have been fully committed to the relationship.

Hence to move on towards the happiness and perfection of a relationship, forgiving and forgetting both is a must!

How much is important for you the profession of your partner and why?

Well, as always everyone has their own views on this. The woman discussed her views that successful profession and financial stability is utmost important in her partner. This is the deciding criteria to go for a commitment. Compatibility and other romanticism goes underground when daily life takes the control. According to her, being successful in profession is very important because the success in professional life avoids creating a mess in personal life. On the other side, if a person is not successful in career then frustration caused because of it creates problems in home as well.

While the second guy, who was a Chef, mentioned that rather being successful what more important to him is the dedication for the profession one is in. He faced problems in his personal life when his first girl friend left him after 5.5 years of relationship just because he wanted to became a Chef and she was skeptical about the success in that career. Still, our Indian society is very much biased towards the profession of a person. Today, he is a famous Chef and lots of girls are ready to date him but he has to be very careful while selecting a person. Just because, he is not sure if the girl is coming with him for what he is or for he is a famous Chef? He experimented it on one internet portal, where he declared himself as a Chef but didn't enter any names or personal details to hide his identity. As expected, he didn't get a single response but if he would have been a doctor or engineer, he would have get hundreds of responses doesn't matter is he is known or not. This story tells the mindset of women in our society that on practical grounds, they look for the financial stability as the first criterion to finalize while men choose for basic compatibility between the two.

Third person was an executive of online matrimonial and he shared his experience with facts from the site. He mentioned that today only 17% men prefer house wives while 48% prefer working and rest don't really bother much. Also, being in same profession has its own pros and cons. On one hand, being in same profession helps in understanding the work pressure, social life and schedule of each other. On the other hand, it leaves us to live in a very much confined area where we have same profession so general talks are not going to be very much different from what we have in office. It is on individual to decide what part does s/he more care for.

I think that the kind of profession shouldn't matter much till s/he is doing what s/he is really passionate for rather than just for earning few bucks. If a person is passionate for something then irrespective of success, he will be quite satisfied at the end of the day and would be able to spend quality time at home. On the other hand, if someone is doing something just to earn money but s/he is not really interested in then the frustration will ruin the personal life because s/he can't show her/his frustration in office. Second, working in the same office is not the culture I prefer. What if we don't have anyone else to see in the life. Same person in office and then at home. I had seen some couples who work in the same office. They come together, have lunch together and then go home together. Isn't it boring? Yeah, in the initial days of marriage or relationship it sounds romantic but slowly it starts pissing off and then the frustration spoil the life at home. Also, one needs personal space after a while to have the independent life and to grown her/his own individual personality.

Both partners should have a good compatibility to be successful in relationship. They should understand each other and give space to each other but should be there when one needs.
